Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, email, company, selected area of help, and the situation you describe. The optional email update form collects your email address. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to updates.
How that information is used
Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry. If you request email updates, your email is used to share new content and podcast updates. Manufacturing Marketing Plays does not sell personal information.
Forms and service providers
When this site is hosted on Netlify, its forms are processed by Netlify. The site also loads fonts from Google. Those providers may receive technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details.
Playbook worksheets
Answers entered into the on-page worksheets stay in the open page. They are not submitted to us or automatically saved. Saving a worksheet creates a text file on your device. Printing uses your browser's print function.
Plant & Pipeline game
The game stores progress in your browser. If you choose to join its shared leaderboard on the hosted site, it uses a session cookie and stores a display name and game performance information through Netlify. Optional game profile forms collect the fields shown in the form. These are separate from the playbook worksheets.
Cookies and measurement
This version of the editorial site does not use advertising pixels or a third-party analytics product. The hosting provider may keep server and security logs. The game uses browser storage and its optional leaderboard session as described above.
External sites
Spotify, LinkedIn, LinkedIn for Manufacturing, TLR Consulting Group, and other linked sites have their own privacy practices. Following a link opens that service.
